Every project is bespoke and tailored to your needs. This may include any of the following:
Initial consultation
We will explore:
Your current strategy, needs and objectives.
What you are currently doing well in leadership development, neurodiversity or intergenerational working, and what more you would like to achieve.
Your stakeholders and their objectives.
What you would like the impact of our work together to be.
Option One: 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring
We have a team of experienced executive coaches who deliver packages of 6 x 1 hour sessions per leader.
These can be delivered virtually or in person, ideal for current and future leaders looking to develop their leadership tools.
Benefits:
- Individualised learning and development for individual leaders
- Enables personal reflections on leadership style, communication dynamics and personal effectiveness.
- Provides a confidential sounding board for senior leadership
- Coaching has been shown to result in higher assimilation of learning and greater ROI than training alone
Option Two: Training, workshops and webinars
Designed to your needs, we deliver training, workshops and webinars in leadership, neurodiversity and intergenerational working.
These can be run in person or virtually.
Benefits:
- Reach a large number of people from across the organisation
- Stimulate discussion to be taken forward within individual teams
- Can be incorporated into conferences and away days
Option Three: E-learning
Our Neurodiversity e-learning course allows your team members to learn at a time and pace that suits them.
Available as individual learning licences or exported directly onto your Learning Management System to integrate into your other e-learning solutions.

- On-demand training so everyone can learn at a time and pace that suits them
- Flexible model - exported onto your LMS, or available as individual licences
- Cost effective to extend learning across the organisation
Option Four: Group coaching programme
Our programmes consist of 6 x 90 minute sessions for up to 12 participants per group.
Each session is structured around a specific topic.
Pre-reading material is circulated before each session, and peer discussions are facilitated by an experienced and qualified group coach. This gives the opportunity to embed learning, gain buy in and gain commitment to change.
Key actions, decided by participants, are captured in an end report.

- The ability to target specific populations (E.g. all Directors, mixed levels of seniority)
- Peer discussions generate engagement and sharing of ideas and best practice
- Pre-session material stimulates discussion and reflection
- Effective in moving individuals from Pre-Contemplation to Preparation

Option Five: Consulting and Advisory Services
As specialists in generation gaps, neurodiversity and leadership, we can provide strategic advice on how to get the best from your people.
We will work with your teams to :
- Identify what you are already doing well
- Identify where gaps exist
- Develop action plans to address
Key outputs:
- Report of findings and recommendations
- Feedback and de-brief meetings
- Action planning meeting
- Communication back to all participants outlining key findings and next steps
- Review meetings to follow up and evaluate actions taken (optional)
