Option one: Discovery Project

Undertaking the discovery project itself shows your commitment to intergenerational working and helps employees of all ages feel heard and engaged.

We also have experienced communication specialists to support you in positioning the scope and benefits of the project to ensure stakeholder commitment and buy-in.

Using a suite of psychology-based survey tools, focus groups and structured interviews, we will work together with your teams to:

  • Showcase what you are already doing well in intergenerational working
  • Identify where generation gaps exist in your teams
  • Analyse the findings to understand why these gaps may arise
  • Identify bespoke recommendations to close these gaps and to ensure that intergenerational working aligns with your strategic objectives

Key outputs:

  • Report of findings and recommendations
  • Feedback and de-brief meetings
  • Action planning meeting
  • Communication back to all participants outlining key findings and next steps
  • Review meetings to follow up and evaluate actions taken (optional)

Option two: Group coaching programme

Our programmes consist of 6 x 90 minute sessions for 8-10 participants per group.

If you have undertaken a discovery project with us, each session is structured around a specific generation gap that has emerged from the findings.

If you haven’t undertaken a discovery project, each session focuses on a generation gap revealed by our proprietary research.

Pre-reading material is circulated before each session, and peer discussions are facilitated by an experienced and qualified group coach. This gives the opportunity to embed learning, gain buy in and gain commitment to change.

Key actions, decided by participants, are also captured and reflected in an end report.

Key outputs:

  • Summary report of key discussion points from each session
  • Action plans from participant input

  • The ability to target specific populations (E.g. all Directors, mixed levels of seniority)
  • Peer discussions generate engagement and sharing of ideas and best practice
  • Pre-session material stimulates discussion and reflection
  • Effective in moving individuals from Pre-Contemplation to Preparation

Option three: Training, workshops and speaker sessions

Designed to your needs, we deliver training, workshops and speaker sessions based on the findings of our research and with industry specific insights where available.

These can be run in person or virtually.

  • Stimulate discussion to be taken forward within individual teams
  • Can be incorporated into conferences and away days

Option four: 1:1 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

We have a team of experienced executive coaches who deliver packages of 6 x 1 hour sessions per leader.

These can be delivered virtually or in person, ideal for leaders who want to develop their own toolkit for managing multi-generational teams.
